Ala and Davide, we are the consortium of Shirin Persia, companions in life, and united in this project made of love, passion, and respect for "the saffron people".
Shirin Persia is not just us: it also includes small-large Italian local realities with which they share projects and values. We are open to collaborations with Italian food producers who intend to use Qa'en saffron to embellish quality products and share dreams, values, ethics, and solidarity.
But the real protagonists are they, the producers of Qa'en red gold.
