SAFFRON WHEAT BEER WITH AMERICAN HOPS
Tasting - It has a bright, bright yellow color, which brings pleasant liveliness. The scent is distinctly fruity, of peach, citrus, and passion fruit, notes that follow one another with the elegant exotic spice of Saffron. It is a dry and refreshing beer with a trace of moderate bitterness, leading to a persistent and hard-to-forget closure.
Pairings: Versatile beer, ideal for aperitifs, goes very well with delicate cheeses, white meat, fish, sushi, vegetables.
Glass: This beer should preferably be enjoyed in an "American Pinta" glass. The recommended serving temperature is from 8 to 10 ° C, but it is by letting it rise a few degrees while tasting it that you can perceive all its nuances and aromas.

The project: This beer was born from the collaboration between Shirin Persia, a company born in 2019 that imports quality fair-trade Saffron and artisan products from Iran, and the 5+ brewery in Trento. We found essential points of convergence together:

• Experimentation and innovation in terms of product, production methods, communication
• Eco-sustainable management of the supply chain, promotion of the circular economy
