Protagonists are them: the producers of red gold in the neighborhood of Qa'en in the Khorasan region of Iran.

Shirin Persia was born to enhance their work by guaranteeing a fair price, encouraging a development that maintains and further improves the current quality of the product, and facilitating the training of new generations in this sector.

Our great goal is also to make the stories, faces, efforts, and passions of these people directly known to consumers, together with the history and knowledge of Saffron.

In this region, Saffron is still grown with traditional methods without chemicals and machinery, following ancient practices that still guarantee today that a product that is recognized as top quality in Iran is obtained. They are small family businesses; they live in small and poor villages on the verge of subsistence despite the value of their product being recognized worldwide.
