Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, egg yolks, candied peaches (12%peaches, glucose-fructose syrup), almond cream (8%, sugar, almonds, cocoa butter, milk powder, soya lecithin), raw cane sugar, sourdough starter (flour and water), honey, salt, Iranian saffron from Shirin Persia.
